Tansey’s accept no liability for luggage or personal items carried on our tours, they are carried at the owners risK

Tansey’s reserve the right to change or alter given seat numbers at any time without prior notice or warning

To satisfy our Health & Safety policy, all children must occupy a seat. Only babes in arms will be allowed on board without a ticket

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult and will be charged the OAP rate up to the age of 16 years

Animals are not permitted on board with the exception of Blind Dogs

Return routes are at the discretion of the driver, and are not always in the route of the pickup points in reverse

Wheelchairs & Scooters: It is our policy to assist where we can with the handling of wheelchairs for those who are disabled; however we can only guarantee the lightweight foldable models. Electric wheelchairs and scooters may be considered providing they are fairly lightweight and collapsible. Passengers wishing to take wheelchairs/scooters/buggy’s etc… should notify Tansey’s at the time of booking so that we can make necessary provisions. We will only carry limited numbers and it will be on a first come first served basis. Passengers must be able to assemble/dismantle their own equipment, or be travelling with someone who can assist them
Departure & Collection

Departure Times: Drivers will only wait 10 minutes after the specified departure time and Tansey’s will not be held responsible for any persons left behind

Should passengers arrive late to departure points or halts en route, no responsibility will be accepted by Tansey’s and no refunds will be issued
Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

Tansey’s reserve the right to cancel this tour at any time if there are insufficient bookings, without prior notice or warning. In this instance, a full refund will be issued and you will be notified at least 48 hours prior to departure

Transfer of Booking: If you are unable to make your selected trip and you provide us 48 hour’s notice (2 working days, Sat not included), you are entitled to transfer onto another of our trips, thus avoiding the 20% cancellation fee

If your transfer trip is more expensive than your original trip, you must make up the difference in the cost

If you do not provide us with 48 hour’s notice, it will be treated as a cancellation and you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind

Cancellations: A refund (minus 20% of ticket value) will be issued in the same method the passenger paid with, providing 48 hour’s notice (2 working days, Sat not included) is given of the cancellation

Cancellations with less than 48 hour’s notice will not be refunded. THIS POLICY IS NON NEGOTIABLE
